Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Betsy Proffitt to the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. She resides in firm’s Boulder office.

Proffitt regularly performs trademark searches, manages copyright issues and researches and drafts memos regarding trademark law, domain name disputes and litigation matters. She also drafts responses to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart as an associate, she was a legal extern with the firm. She also served as a student attorney in the Student Law Office at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Proffitt is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a B.S. from the University of Kansas.
