Pittsburgh-based InventHelp attempts to submit an invention, Rim Protector, to companies for review.

Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) September 25, 2015

If you take pride in keeping your car looking clean and attractive but wouldn?t mind spending a little less time and effort doing so, we have good news for you. An inventor from Fort Wayne, Ind., has found a way to get the job done faster and easier.

He developed Rim Protector to eliminate the need to wipe excess spray tire cleaner off tire rims. In other words, it allows tire rims to keep their shine once they are washed and dried. As a result, it helps automotive technicians improve their productivity by saving time and effort. What?s more, it is durable, lightweight, portable and easy to store. It is also convenient, effective, user friendly and affordably priced. In addition, its simple design minimizes production costs.

The inventor?s personal experience inspired the idea. ?After I washed my car, I would dry it along with the rims, and it would look great. However, I got tired of having to wipe down the rims a second time to get rid of the excess spray from the tire cleaning solution,? he said.

The original design was submitted to the Pittsburgh office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
