Fifteen-year industry veteran returns to help oversee company?s growing product portfolio and cultivate new customer and partner relationships.

Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) September 24, 2015

Incognito Software Systems, a global provider of broadband device provisioning, IP address management, bandwidth monitoring, and service activation solutions, today announced the appointment of 15-year industry veteran Chris Busch as Chief Innovation Officer. In this newly-created position, Busch has been tasked with overseeing the development of innovative solutions for the company while also cultivating customer and partner relationships around the world.

?Consumers today expect faster Internet services, connectivity across multiple devices, and the convenience of a connected home, all delivered seamlessly at a moment?s notice. As a result, broadband providers are seeking service provisioning and expanded network intelligence as crucial components to ensuring subscriber satisfaction,? said Stephane Bourque, president and CEO of Incognito Software Systems. ?I?ve had the pleasure of working with Chris for nearly a decade, and have personally witnessed his integrity, ingenuity, and technical know-how with colleagues, partners, and customers. His understanding of the telecommunications business is unparalleled, and he brings a forward-thinking mindset with strong perception that will ensure our company continues to deliver the right solutions to the marketplace.?

Prior to his return to Incognito Software Systems, Busch was employed by ARRIS, a telecommunications equipment manufacturing company, as the director of product architecture for the assurance business unit. In this role, he worked closely with customers, sales teams, and partners to research, analyze, and develop innovative solutions, product strategies, and new technologies.

During his previous seven-year tenure with Incognito, Busch utilized his expertise in xDSL, cable MSO, Wi-Fi, 3G mobile, WiMAX, and FTTx networks to help the company secure many of its largest broadband customers. He also employed his extensive technical knowledge to ensure that all Incognito solutions met the necessary CableLabs DOCSIS, PacketCable OSSi, DPoE, TR-069, OMA-DM, and TM Forum standards.

?While at Incognito, I had the pleasure of overseeing new rollouts of many of our flagship products while also watching the company expand its customer base both domestically and overseas. As our organization grows, our innovative back-office solutions will continue to lead the industry in helping our customers increase revenue and enhance the subscriber experience,? remarked Busch. ?I?ll be working closely with our customers as well as our engineers to transition strategic initiatives from the planning and development stage to the marketplace. Incognito has already made tremendous strides, and through ongoing research and a customer-centric approach, our future possibilities are virtually endless.?
