InventHelp, founded in Pittsburgh in 1984, is submitting the GUITAR BRIDGE to applicable companies for their consideration.
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) October 29, 2015
"I was tired of improper interval harmonies during string bends with double-stops, but every time I broke a string I had to stop right then. This unit eliminates these problems," said an inventor from Ferris, Texas. "The primary feature is the perfect stability the unit provides when bending strings or in case one breaks. It increases contact between the bridge and body, resulting in a marked improvement in the instrument's sustain, harmonic tone and overall tone. This results in a better sounding guitar."
She developed the GUITAR BRIDGE for increased stability. The unit helps strings remain in tune, even during string bends or if a string breaks. It reduces the need to retune strings as often, which saves time and effort. The invention improves the instrument's tone. Additionally, it makes learning to play and playing the guitar more enjoyable.
The inventor also notes, "This unit would not only eliminate stability/tuning problems, but would increase direct surface contact between the bridge and the body of the guitar, which would result in a marked improvement in the instrument's sustain, harmonic tone and overall tone. In turn, this would result in a better sounding guitar."
The original design was submitted to the Dallas office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
