Company continues focus on employee experience and communication and as part of growth strategy

MCLEAN, Va. (PRWEB) May 21, 2018

Coming in at number 14, IronArch is a consulting firm focused on the federal government. The company’s organic growth strategy is to take on meaningful and challenging projects that make employees feel engaged in the work and customer mission. With a distributed team working mainly on client sites, the company places a huge emphasis on communication. IronArch distributes quarterly newsletters, as well as regular group and personal communication from the president. The company conducts “stay interviews” that help get the pulse of employees and plot out their path forward with the company. Birthdays, employee anniversaries, and new babies are celebrated, and employees come together to participate in a number of company social events, including happy hours, sporting events, picnics, and charitable causes.

“Our continued placement on this list is so rewarding for the organization,” said Joe Punaro, President of IronArch. “Year in and year out, our employees say they feel valued as a person and that they enjoy the work they are doing to help our government customers. I’m proud of the work of this team and how I see us come together to get things done for our customers and our community.”

The Best Places to Work finalists were celebrated at an awards event at MGM National Harbor.
