Level 3 Construction completes construction of Blend at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa

Level 3 Construction of Carlsbad, California has completed construction of Blend, a casual breakfast and lunch spot, at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa owned and operated by Pacific Hospitality Group.

Spearheaded by Aimee Siemianowski of TynanGroup, a national real estate development services firm, the project completed a week ahead of schedule and under budget (a rarity in construction). The project’s handpicked participants collaborated harmoniously with each other and hotel staff to hurdle challenges and maintain the four-star expectations of its hotel guests.

"The project went as well as I could have possibly hoped for. The Level 3 team worked with our team daily to schedule and ensure there was absolutely zero guest disruption. Our guests had no idea there was construction at the hotel except for a few signs celebrating a new food & beverage offering coming soon,” said Robert Brand, General Manager at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa. “Ernie (Superintendent with Level 3 Construction) was a true professional and was also concerned with our satisfaction and progress of the project, he checked in with me every single day and sometimes 3 or more times. There have been a couple very minor changes needed after we had guests and business that we brought to Level 3’s attention and they reacted immediately with urgency.”

Moving on from Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, Level 3 Construction currently has an additional four hotel renovation projects in progress between Orange County and Temecula totaling 800+ guestrooms scheduled to be completed by June 2016
