Big Talents Featured in 4-Part Series Hosted by Hootie & The Blowfish Founder

Television viewers will channel the sounds of the Holy City this summer when four episodes of Live at The Charleston Music Hall (LCMH) air June 30 and July 7 on South Carolina Educational Television stations statewide.

Live At the Charleston Music Hall (LCMH) is a half hour show packed full of superior song writing, award winning artists, interview segments, and scenes from one of the most historic cities in our nation. Mark Bryan, of the legendary band Hootie & The Blowfish, is the creator and host for the show set to air on 11 PBS channels, reaching 1.2 million households across South Carolina.

Executive produced by Bryan and Ashley Flowers for Chucktown Music Group (CtMG), the first episodes will feature singer-songwriter Edwin McCain, a South Carolina native, and Grammy Award winning multi-instrumentalist, Sam Bush.

Episodes 103 and 104 highlight American Idol finalist Elise Testone and music festival faves Stop Light Observations. Testone has launched a successful solo career after being named an American Idol finalist in Season 11. Stop Light Observations, popular with audiences at South by Southwest, Bonnaroo and First Flush, is releasing their nationally supported sophomore release, TOOGOODOO.
