Medic-CE Partners with the California Ambulance Association
Medic-CE has partnered with the California Ambulance Association to provide EMS and fire professionals quality, online continuing education.
LEHI, Utah (PRWEB) May 10, 2018
“As experienced EMS providers ourselves, we understand the challenges that accompany continuing education,” said Judson Smith, Medic-CE Vice President of Continuing Education. “Our goal is to make high-quality continuing education affordable and convenient, and we’re excited to be partnering with CAA to make this a reality.”
Medic-CE’s online continuing education includes self-paced courses as well as virtual, instructor-led training (VILT) classes. The courses are focused on helping busy first responders earn the continuing education hours needed to maintain their certifications by allowing them to study when it works for them from any computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection.
"At CAA, one of our goals is to promote high-quality, efficient and medically appropriate patient care,” said Ross Elliott, Executive Director at the California Ambulance Association. “Partnering with organizations like Medic-CE moves us toward accomplishing that mission by making excellent continuing education resources more readily available to our members.”
Through this partnership, CAA members and Agencies registered with the CAA will save up to 30 percent on their Medic-CE subscriptions and gain access to a robust learning management system to create, assign and track EMS continuing education.
