NU Hotel Brooklyn, an Independent Collection hotel, welcomes comedian Hasan Minhaj for an intimate meet and greet on October 21 from 7:30 - 9:00 PM at the hotel’s lobby bar Misdemeanor. Honoring the off-Broadway premiere of Minhaj’s first live solo show “Homecoming King,” the event will offer fans, guests and locals the opportunity to interact one-on-one with the comedian while enjoying drink specials and hors d’oeuvres.

Hasan Minhaj is a New York-based comedian, actor and writer, a regular correspondent on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show” and has previously performed on top shows such as “Last Call with Carson Daly” and “Chelsea Lately.” Directed by Greg Walloch and written and performed by Minhaj, “Homecoming King” references the comedian’s experience as a first generation Indian-American and his family’s quest to achieve the American dream.
