Professional Services Automation Leader Continues to Rapidly Expand.

BOSTON (PRWEB) April 25, 2018

Kimble, a global leader in professional services automation, has appointed a new Chief Revenue Officer to coordinate sales, services and renewals revenues across its growing global business.

Mike Pilcher is a technology industry veteran, with more than 25 years working with software companies, starting out in new-business sales at Oracle and Sybase in the 1990’s. Over the last decade he has operated at companies like LinkedIn, Sand, Comscore and Foundry. He has formulated a systematic and strategic approach to maximizing customer lifetime value.

Mike said, “I am excited to be joining Kimble at this moment - it’s a crucial point in the company’s development. The Accel-KKR investment has confirmed our position as one of the most credible players in the PSA space: much larger professional services organizations are now selecting Kimble PSA, as it has a true focus on business outcomes. Now’s the time to take a whole-company view of user expansion, cross-sell and retention as well as new wins.”

Kimble founder and CEO, Sean Hoban, said, “I’ve known Mike for many years. I’m very confident that he will help us move onto the next level of customer-centricity and growth. Kimble already has the highest satisfaction rates, very low churn and awesome organic expansion but we need to continue to achieve this at scale and even more efficiently.”
