MobilePawn – Integral New Features is Here
The Bravo Pawn Systems Consumer App Gets New Functionality
LAS VEGAS (PRWEB) May 22, 2018
The pawn industry’s first ever consumer mobile app just launched its newest and most features, the loan initiator.
This new feature will allow customers to begin the loan process with nearby pawnshops directly from their smartphone. With a few photos, an item title and description, a desired price, and confirmation of their zip code, customers are able to submit items to pawnshops for consideration without ever leaving their homes. Pawnshops using the employee equivalent Bravo Shopkeeper app will receive these leads with the ability respond in real-time, accepting, rejecting, or asking the customer for more information.
MobilePawn continues to provide convenience to pawnshop customers while increasing door swings, redemption rates, and employee engagement. We are proud to be an innovator in the pawn software space and will continue providing pawnbrokers tools to help them stay competitive with internet and mobile app giants.
The idea is to continue to provide pawn customers with all the digital conveniences available in other industries and more. Bravo plans to continue to enhance the app for this purpose and to rollout more new features in the coming year.
