The auto industry is gaining more personalized concierge service than ever before for its millions of drivers

DALLAS (PRWEB) April 26, 2018

Maestro's Automotive Division, MyStar, the premier provider of branded personal assistance, concierge and emergency services in the automotive industry, announced today that it has finished integration of its services with Alexa, Amazon's intelligent cloud-based voice service. As automobile manufacturers begin integration of third party voice services such as Amazon's Alexa and Google Home, there will be an increased demand for Amazon Skills or Google Actions specifically for the automotive industry. Manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Nissan, Infiniti, Ford, Hyundai, Genesis, Lexus, Toyota and BMW have already announced integration. Dallas based MyStar, is now working on a Google Home version. "Being at the forefront of technology and giving our clients' customers easier access to reach our live team of professional and extremely friendly personal assistants is what makes MyStar the leading provider of an elevated customer experience in the automotive industry," says Adam Alfia, Maestro's Managing Director. "With increasing competition for high tech features in today's vehicles, customers are overwhelmed with all the integrated gadgets. Customers need access while driving to a live person that will help them with any question they may have about their vehicles, scheduling a service appointment or to recommend and book a restaurant reservation."

According to MyStar, the integration allows customers to interact with Alexa by saying a wake command such as "Alexa, I need something from my Personal Assistant" Alexa would respond by asking the customer "What would you like your Personal Assistant to do for you?" The customer would then tell Alexa what they needed from their personal assistant and the request would be transcribed into text and sent in real time to MyStar's team of personal assistants. The personal assistants would then complete the task and communicate back the information back to the customer.

MyStar says that it will offer a branded solution to all automotive manufacturers integrated with Alexa or Google Home so that the customers can personally interact with the brand and elevate the customer experience. MyStar currently supports automotive manufacturers such as Infiniti, Mitsubishi, Porsche and Hyundai. Support for four other undisclosed brands are scheduled to launch by this summer.

"Customer safety and the ability to do more while in the vehicle are competing initiatives for car manufacturers. On one hand, they want the customer to be able to get more done while driving but on the other hand, they don't want customers to be distracted." Alfia continues, "By having access to our service, customers can quickly tell their personal assistants what to do while safely operating their vehicle. Furthermore, if Alexa does not understand your request for whatever reason, Alexa will ask you if you want to be connected via a phone call to your Personal Assistants"
