The launch of Ascent Adventure Institute brings rock climbing adventures and engaging team building and leadership development programs to Lancaster PA.

Lancaster, PA (PRWEB) September 24, 2015

Rock climbing, as well as experiential team building and leadership development have become mainstream activities, and Ascent Adventure Institute is making it possible for individuals and businesses in Lancaster, and Eastern PA, to engage in these life changing activities. Ascent offers private rock climbing adventures as well as rock climbing trips to the public, so that individuals who have a goal of trying rock climbing can have the opportunity to try the sport with no experience or equipment required. They also offer classes to help individuals learn more about rock climbing, pursue advanced training, and even work towards becoming an instructor themselves.

Their team building programs and curriculums are built upon the firm belief that learning through experience and practice produces lifelong change, which leads to organizational and individual success. They conduct their courses with a variety of experiential activities, which can be conducted in the boardroom, onsite facility, offsite retreat, or even on a wilderness adventure.

"I am passionate about changing people's lives and bringing success to businesses and organizations, and I know of no better way to do it than through rock climbing and experiential education," quotes Brandon Hensinger, founder of Ascent Adventure Institute. "I am eager to bring our services to Lancaster, and to watch the community change as a result of it."

Ascent Adventure Institute LLC is a Lancaster based rock climbing and team building company, whose staff has over 75 years combined experience in climbing instruction and group facilitation. To inquire about Ascent's services, or to book a trip or program, please contact them below.
