Prior to the start of fall season, Gannon is set to lead the Nike Cross Country Camp at Creighton University debut from July 25th-28th, 2018.

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. (PRWEB) April 17, 2018

Gearing up for his inaugural season as Head Cross Country Coach of Creighton University, Chris Gannon is determined to build a strong foundation for a program that has a history of success. “I truly believe I can build something special here,” Gannon said at his opening press conference.

Gannon is a three-time all-conference performer in the triple jump while competing for the University of Nebraska Kearny. “We are very excited about working with Coach Gannon and the University of Creighton,” says VP of Nike Running Camps, Renee Chapman. “The cross country camp at Creighton also gives athletes access to all athletic facilities including the weight room and sessions with Creighton’s own Sports Psychologist Dr. Anne Shadle.” Shadle provides insight to athletes on how to gain the necessary mental skills to maximize performance. Dr. Anne Shadle also happens to be a two time NCAA champion runner at the University of Nebraska where she won the indoor mile and outdoor 1500 meters.
