Operation Homefront Names HR Pro as its Employee of the Year

The Operation Homefront Employee of the Year Award recognizes an outstanding employee each year whose service demonstrates the organization’s four Core Values: Do What’s Right, Respect Others, Perform with Excellence, and Gratitude.

Robinson has played an integral role in the successful creation of an in-house human resources department. She took over payroll – structuring the process and creating checklists and an auditing system. She managed open benefits enrollment for 2017 and 2018; streamlined the recruitment, new hire onboarding, and offboarding processes; and significantly improved communication and coordination efforts with leadership.

Operation Homefront serves military families across the country, with headquarters in San Antonio, Texas and Arlington, Virginia and employs a staff of 160 – along with more than 6,000 volunteers – at 23 locations.
