Today POSaBIT announced that Andy Sweet has been named Chief Technology Officer. Sweet will provide technical leadership for a growing team of software engineers, as well as evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.

Sweet has a proven history of technical leadership, guiding teams at both startups and at more mature companies. PhotoRocket’s team grew from 5 to 25 during his tenure, and QPass exploded from 10 to over 200 employees.

POSaBIT is poised to launch a suite of additional high value products and services this year. Sweet’s guidance will enable the development team to successfully deliver the scalable, efficient, and unique solutions that customers require.
