NEW YORK (PRWEB) April 18, 2018

PsyInnovations, the developer of the digital behavioral health platform, wayForward, has announced that it will now offer Workplace Outcome Suite (WOS) by Chestnut Global Partners, a Morneau Shepell company. The WOS is an easy-to-administer tool that examines five key aspects of workplace functioning: absenteeism, presenteeism, work engagement, workplace distress, and life satisfaction.

This partnership will allow PsyInnovations to make the WOS available to all Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and employers on their app and web based platform. “We value scientific rigor, which is evident in wayForward’s wide range of validated assessments and evidence-based programs for behavioral health. We also realize the importance of showing outcomes to employers, including demonstrating the Return on Investment. This partnership will allow us to roll out one of the most widely accepted tools, WOS, to demonstrate positive outcomes.” said Dr. Navya Singh, co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer, PsyInnovations Inc., who is also an adjunct faculty in the Department of Psychiatry, Columbia University.
