Houston, Texas (PRWEB) September 26, 2015
Representatives with RAC Houston Conference Center announced today that it is the recipient of the 100 Fastest-Growing Company Award for 2014, an award given by The Houston Business Journal.
?We are honored to be listed again on the Houston Business Journal 2014 ? 100 List for Fastest Growing Businesses,? said Gauri Seth, president and spokesperson for RAC Houston Conference Center. ?We attribute this to our commitment to our clients who stand behind us and truly appreciate what we strive for, which is putting our client?s needs first and always remaining flexible and creative.?
RAC Houston Conference Center, a 16,000-square-foot conference center located south of the energy corridor, ranked for the second time on the Fast 100 List. The full list of this year?s the top 100 fastest growing companies was featured in the Sept. 18 weekly edition of Houston Business Journal. The company also ranked on last year's list of the Fastest-Growing Women-Owned Businesses. Seth attributed the company's growth largely to the growth in the Houston economy over the last several years.
?Great service is the cornerstone to the success of our business,? Seth stressed, before adding, ?At RAC Houston Conference Center we built our model on hiring staff that bring specialized skillsets to the table. We possess over 70 combined years of Hospitality, Conference Management, Catering, and Information Technology, Audio Visual, and Operations Management expertise to our clients.?
Seth went on to note that her company is still innovating. In fact, at the beginning of the year, the RAC Houston Conference Center launched a new line of services to appeal to potential clients in Houston's competitive conference center industry: destination management. Destination management, according to Seth, is basically providing the transportation, accommodations, touring and entertainment for clients while they use a conference center's or hotel's space.
"I have a background in event planning and that's what helps me," said Seth, a recent graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in which she says provided her with a better vision for her business.
?We?re now offering transportation services as well as IT consulting in an effort to continue to meet the needs of our clients,? Seth revealed. ?Attention to detail and keeping our finger on the pulse of our meeting attendee?s needs combined with our ability to flex into practically any given requirement is what brings our clients back over and over again. That commitment to quality and operations excellence is also proudly what allows RAC Conference Center to brag a little.?
