Real Living Lifestyles Escondido Real Estate Agents Feed Eight Families for Thanksgiving

What an awesome example of what a small gesture can do? With only their pocket change, they changed many lives.

Real Living Lifestyles agents in Escondido started adopting families three years ago. The agents put up a collection jar at their front desk and drop in their loose coins as they pass by. In the past, the Real Living Lifestyles office in Escondido has helped families who have lost loved ones, who have major illnesses, lost jobs or who have been down on their luck. The agents ask for families who need a little helping hand and the names and stories come in. The recipients have told the agents that they wouldn't have had a Thanksgiving dinner without the food that is provided to them through the generosity of the office.

This year after receiving several agent food donations and raising almost $200, the Escondido office was able to purchase entire Thanksgiving meals for eight families and one group of ten people living in a household.

“Real Living Lifestyles agents in Escondido are a special group. It's all from the generous spirit and love in their hearts that they give,” commented Real Living Escondido Branch Manager, Joe Martinez.
