Top 1 Percent Realtors Debbi DiMaggio and Adam Betta (Highland Partners) announced today that they are starting a new movement to encourage real estate agents to support Giveback Homes.

Piedmont, CA (PRWEB) September 30, 2015

Authors, Realtors and Philanthropists Debbi DiMaggio and her partner Adam Betta pledge today to donate $1,500.00 to Giveback Homes for every client referral they receive from a member. In addition to partnering with like-minded real estate agents, DiMaggio and Betta are proud to support the fastest growing social good real estate movement in the nation.

DiMaggio and Betta are Giveback Homes newest members, and invite fellow real estate agents to join this movement by becoming a member and offering the same level of donation for referrals.

Since the official Giveback Homes launch in 2013, over 350 real estate professionals signed up to create social change in their industry. In its first year, Giveback Homes successfully applied 100 percent of all donations to build homes for families in need. Many of its members including brokers, real estate agents and industry leaders picked up hammers, laid down bricks and personally hugged the families who would benefit from these generous donations.

?I could not be more excited to be a part of the Giveback Homes family. As a passionate philanthropist for children?s charities and realtor, it was a natural fit to join this group,? said Debbi DiMaggio. ?I not only look forward to donating financially, but am very excited to actually participate in the building of a home and meeting the families we serve.?

The Giveback Homes model is simple; by choosing to work with a Giveback Homes Agent, a homebuyer or seller will help build a home for a family in need. Through the partnership between Giveback Homes and Habitat for Humanity, 100 percent of member donations go directly to building projects in developing countries in Central America and assisting with build days in the United States.

?These homes mean a better future, a safe place to sleep and a sanitary place to raise children,? said Blake Andrews, Giveback Homes Founder. ?Through Giveback Homes, homebuyers have the power to turn the act of buying or selling their home, into an opportunity to change lives and have a lasting impact for families in need.?

Debbi DiMaggio will also be amongst other Giveback Homes members in Beverly Hills for the Inman Annual Luxury Connect Conference on October 21-22, 2015, which is a always a great venue for top producing Realtors to mix and mingle; and will be an ideal platform for DiMaggio to share her and Adam Betta's new Giveback Homes Movement.

Highland Partners, Debbi DiMaggio, Adam Betta and Heidi Marchesotti, were recently awarded the Positive Luxury Brands to Trust designation and is the first US company to be awarded this esteemed Trust Mark. Thus "partnering with Giveback Homes only seemed to be a natural fit", noted Adam Betta.
