RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. announces the promotion of David Meirick to President of the company from Chief Operating Officer.

RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc., a leading provider of traffic safety services and products, today announced the promotion of David Meirick to President of the company from Chief Operating Officer.

Dave has over 25 years of experience in the traffic safety industry first starting in 1987 when he established his company, Tri-state Signing in Iowa. In 1999 he sold his company to NES Rentals, Inc., and served as the General Manager of the Iowa traffic operations. He relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in 2001 when he became General Manager and Regional Vice President in the General Rentals and Traffic Safety Divisions of NES Rentals. Dave continued to serve in a number of leadership positions through 2007 when NES Rentals sold the Traffic Division; the new entity, RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc., was formed. He became Chief Operating Officer of RoadSafe in 2012. Dave earned a B.A. in Management from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.

According to David Myers, Chief Executive Officer of RoadSafe, “Dave has demonstrated great leadership of the company over his many years as part of the RoadSafe family and is most deserving of this position.”
