In his new role, Kula will be part of the ServiceLink executive leadership team and be responsible for the strategy, operations, and growth of the company’s entire originations business. Over the course of his 30-year career, Kula has been responsible for all facets of mortgage operations, risk management, business strategy and sales. Most recently, he served as global managing director of mortgage business development at IBM. Prior to IBM, Kula was mortgage operations director for Lloyds Banking Group, based in London. His tenure also includes executive roles at Bank of America, Washington Mutual, Mellon Mortgage Company (now JPMorgan Chase) and MeritBanc.
