Simsol Software Releases 2nd Quarter Pricing 2016 Update to Simsol 7.0
Simsol Software Releases 2nd Quarter Pricing 2016 Update to Their Simsol 7.0 Property Estimating and Claims Management Software for Adjusters, Claims Carriers and Restoration Contractor Professionals.
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) May 10, 2016
SIMSOL Software (Simultaneous Solutions, Inc.) announced the release of their 2nd Quarter Pricing Update to Simsol 7.0. The cost database named the “Complete Building Repair Registry” is an update to Version 7 of its estimating software for property insurance adjusters and restoration contractors. The repair registry contains an enlarged and redesigned restoration cost database.
The focal points of the update are line item additions, deletions, changes and clarifications to recently redesigned database. Location factor changes, regarding materials and labor rates, were also addressed.
"Simsol’s team of independent pricing consultants along with the expert cost specialists at Craftsman Publishing are constantly monitoring construction labor, materials and equipment changes on a monthly basis,” said John Postava, President of Simsol. “Simsol releases updates to our pricing four times a year as well as during large catastrophic events such as hurricanes and major flooding when costs spike during the rebuilding process. We make every effort possible for our users to be as accurate as they can in their estimate pricing.”
Simsol’s building repair registry has been powered by Craftsman® Publishing’s area modification factoring system since 1995. This location factoring structure allows for localization of material costs, construction tradesmen and crew labor rates and equipment rental costs using three-digit zip and postal code data points. In the event of a massive national catastrophe, the company releases additional price updates based on their research of local pricing in the affected areas.
