Users can set up CAP, RSS and email triggers to send alerts throughout an organization

MADISON, Wis. (PRWEB) March 27, 2018

“We encourage our users to leverage every channel available to easily distribute messages with our InformaCast software,” said Pat Scheckel, executive vice president of product management and marketing for Singlewire Software. “These improved triggering methods for InformaCast Fusion provide more options for emergency notification and empowers our users to build the best solution for their organizations.”

This update includes a number of other feature additions and enhancements for InformaCast Fusion, including a hybrid runtime environment (HRE). The HRE version allows users running InformaCast Fusion without IP phones to send notifications to computer desktops, overhead paging systems, digital signage and mobile phones.

“Our goal is make InformaCast available for any organization that thinks it can help them improve safety and communication,” said Scheckel. “With HRE, we’re opening up InformaCast Fusion to even more organizations who want to make safety a top priority.”

InformaCast Fusion users are now also able set expiration dates for messages. Before a message is sent, users can determine a date and time for when they want the message to expire.
