SKY Deploys a Key Component of Zentive's 360Service Assurance Product Family

Sky wanted a solution that would monitor and keep alive critical API interfaces to their ICOMS customer care and billing platform. Overseer performs without any noticeable impact on the iSeries resource and can be run in a fully automated hands-off manner.
