Home and business security systems service promotes IT specialist and former business owner to Operations Manager.

Wilmington, DE (PRWEB) September 30, 2015

In September 2015, Sonitrol Security of Delaware named one of their trusted and experienced information technology specialists as their new Operations Manager. Since his hiring in December of 2013, Kevin Hoopes, the new manager, demonstrated respect and leadership skills to all members of the Sonitrol team in just the 20 months of his employment.

?We have expanded our team to include an Operations Manager. Kevin has been a valued team member since 2013. He will lead our experienced team to exceed the expectations of our valued clients," Joe Allen, Vice President of Sonitrol Security of Delaware said of the promotion.

Hoopes has worked for multiple major computer supply companies as well as running his own computer and networking company for 10 years. In that time, he became well acclimated to the duties entailed with operating a business as well as managing a total of over 50 employees.

Since 1995, Hoopes has been building and repairing computers and servers. His experience working with networks and closed circuit TV systems make him a valuable member of the Sonitrol team considering that all of their security access control and camera systems communicate over private networks.

As the new Operations Manager, Hoopes will be responsible for: scheduling all system installations and services for customers, technical assistance to help the sales department, as well as training customers on the functions and operation of the security company and their systems.

With Hoope's long history of work in the information security field, as well as his proven ability to manage tasks and employees concurrently, he will be a valuable asset to Sonitrol Security's management team.
