Peluso to Provide Legal Direction and Expertise to StrucSure and its Members

DENVER (PRWEB) April 30, 2018

StrucSure Home Warranty, one of the nation’s leading new-home warranty providers and a member of StrucSure Risk Management Group, recently announced the addition of Aubrey Peluso as their new Claims Counsel. Peluso replaced Christopher Macaulay, who recently retired.

Peluso has a J.D. law degree from the University of Denver and a B.A. from New York University. She previously served as a law clerk for the Chief District Court Judge of Colorado’s 19th Judicial District. She then entered private practice and joined Nixon Shefrin Hensen Ogburn, P.C. as an associate attorney. She specializes in several practice areas, including: Construction Defect, Commercial General Liability, Insurance Coverage, General Civil Litigation, and more. She has multiple Professional Associations, including the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.

“Aubrey brings valuable experience to our organization and will be a tremendous asset both to StrucSure and our business partners,” said Richard Poling, President of StrucSure Home Warranty. “Her counsel on corporate legal matters will help us fulfill our fundamental goals of providing client-centered services and delivering the most comprehensive and flexible risk management programs in the industry.”

“I’m excited for the opportunity to work not only with StrucSure Home Warranty but also their builders and contractors,” said Peluso. “I’m also looking forward to providing solutions to the complex legal issues surrounding the construction industry so that we can shield our builders’ legal and financial interests and they can in turn focus on providing homebuyers with security and confidence.”
