Title Alliance Announces Appointment of New Manager at First Land Transfer

RESPA-compliant title joint venture expert, Title Alliance, appoints Maegen Kuhn as Manager of First Land Transfer, LLC. Kuhn brings 14 years of title and settlement experience, along with a fresh leadership style to the company.

Kuhn started in the industry in 2001 at a title search company in the city of Philadelphia. In 2005, she began her career as a Settlement Officer where she was responsible for processing title applications, ordering conveyancing, reviewing search work, producing title commitments, owners and loan policies; as well as preparing deeds, affidavits, HUD Settlement Statements and all other documents for settlement. As Settlement Officer, Kuhn also conducted settlement transactions. Her career with Title Alliance’s family of companies began in May of 2013. She joined the First Land Transfer Team in August of 2013. During that time, Kuhn has consistently shown a commitment to personal growth and the success of the company.

In her new role as Manager, Kuhn will be responsible for overseeing the team of 6 in the Exton based office. She’ll continue to handle settlement transactions, but will also focus on the growth plans for the office. In 2014, First Land Transfer closed 688 transactions and has already surpassed that year to date.
