TriageLogic is pleased to announce the upcoming release of a more comprehensive content set for the pediatric portion of MyTriageChecklist.
Jacksonville, FL (PRWEB) September 24, 2015
TriageLogic is pleased to announce the upcoming release of a more comprehensive content set for the pediatric portion of MyTriageChecklist? . MyTriageChecklist incorporates Schmitt-Thompson protocols to allow doctor offices manage patient phone calls using guided protocols while documenting the calls.
This update of Barton Schmitt pediatric protocols adds 50 new protocols to ensure comprehensive symptom coverage and standard of care for any office that handles patient phone calls. The new protocols include a wide variety of symptoms associated with illnesses such as anxiety, ear piercing, and the ebola protocols originally released during the outbreak of 2014. Clients who use MyTriageChecklist always have easy access to updated triage protocols in an electronic format that can be used with any other electronic medical system.
An important service provided to all MyTriageChecklist clients is comprehensive training and access to an experienced triage nurse. All clients have the option to attend free weekly training sessions where a registered nurse with extensive triage management experience explains the triage process for offices, how to use the software, and answer questions. As new nurses join a practice, they can attend these training sessions to learn how to triage safely in a clinical setting, and apply the content to their practice.
This is supplemented by our free telephone triage online learning center which has comprehensive material for both new and experienced triage nurses. ?At TriageLogic, we believe that providing the standard of care in all aspects of a practice is of the utmost priority. With the proper protocols and training available, nurses can make good decisions when they are on the phone,? says Dr. Ravi Raheja, MD and Medical Director of TriageLogic?.
?Clients appreciate our training because it helps them learn how to use the protocols and implement them into their offices. New nurses starting at client practices can also sit in on trainings, thus alleviating the provider of extra training responsibilities,? says Rose Moon, RN and staff trainer for TriageLogic?.
TriageLogic continues to lead the field of nurse triage by offering the best in class nurse triage services and software. For more information, please contact Amy Smith at (855) 734-4463 or visit http://www.traigelogic.com.
