Vantage Network Welcomes Blockchain Expert and Investor Allan Young to Board of Advisors

Young brings startup, investment, and blockchain application expertise to the contribution tracking blockchain project.

Vantage Network, the Contribution Tracking Platform that leverages blockchain technology to provide full transparency and traceability of contributions made to organizations and nonprofit entities, has added Allan Young, an entrepreneur with 15 years of leadership experience working in technology, venture capital, private equity, and asset management, to Vantage Network’s Board of Advisors.

Allan has successfully launched a number of ventures over the past 15 years. Most recently, Allan is the Co-founder and Chairman of Pavo IoT, a blockchain-enable IoT platform for the agricultural industry. He founded two large technology and business incubators, TopLine and Runway, both in the San Francisco Bay area. He is also venture partner at Piedmont Partners Group Ventures, where he sources and manages technology sector opportunities. Prior to that Allan co-founded an advertising technology company that was acquired by one of Japan’s biggest e-commerce companies, Rakuten. Allan got his start in technology and finance as part of the founding team that launched a $20M student-run venture fund which achieved 4 IPOs in a portfolio of 15 investments.
