Besides consolidating ownership, the $3.9 million cash purchase will allow the company to pay off debt and position for growth.

Philip Visali, President and CEO of We Insure Group, Inc. (WE), announced that he has purchased all the shares of We Insure Group - a leading insurance franchise -which he founded in 2009. Besides consolidating ownership, the $3.9 million cash purchase will allow the company to pay off debt and position for growth.

The company has put in place a new executive team to support its 80+ franchisees in Florida and Georgia and its 300+ employees, agents and producers in the field.

Visali said the company intends to expand its footprint in Florida and Georgia by offering " the best insurance franchise model in the country." Currently, WE is Florida's second largest distribution channel.

WE also announced these leadership changes:

Nick Dakuginow is named Vice President of Service, Chris Salameh becomes Vice President of Franchise Operations and Salena Simpson is Vice President of Operations.
