Attorney Brooks Neely Successfully Negotiates for Plaintiff in Tractor Trailer Incident

ATLANTA (PRWEB) March 27, 2018

Court documents allege that Zagoria client Charles Naghise was traveling eastbound on Douglas Hills Road in the left turn lane to GA 8. At the same time, Defendant William Lee was traveling southbound on GA 8 in a Landair Transport, Inc. freight truck. According to the police report, as Lee approached the intersection of Douglas Hills Road and GA 8 at an alleged excessive speed, he attempted a right-hand turn onto Douglas Hills Road but was unable to complete the turn successfully because he was traveling too fast for conditions. Lee’s truck turned onto its side and skidded through the rear of the trailer being pulled by Naghise. The force of the crash caused Naghise’s knees to collide with the underside of the steering column in his truck, causing meniscus tears in both knees which had to be surgically repaired.

“Big rig crashes are far too commonplace in Georgia.” Neely said. “This collision and Mr. Naghise’s considerable injuries were entirely preventable and never should have happened. We are pleased that we were able to assist Mr. Naghise in achieving a favorable outcome to his case.”
