Realtor adds Mattituck office
Huntington-based Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty has announced it recently opened a sales office in Mattituck, the fourth the organization has opened on the North Fork since 2007.
“We are still growing,” said Patricia Petersen, the president and CEO, in a company statement.
“While some other brokers have closed down offices, we’re establishing a strong regional presence with more high end listings and more homes in contract.”
An agent joining the new office is Donielle Cardinale, left, is the fourth generation of her family to work in the real estate business, according to the company, which her family began summering on the North Fork in the 1940s, and settled in Southold permanently in 1978.
The company’s other offices on the North Fork are in Southold, Cutchogue and Shelter Island.
