Rep. McCarthy announces employers for job fair

Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-Mineola), who announced last month that she would hold her “Long Island Job Fair” on July 23, today said that 20 employers plan to participate in the event at Nassau Community College in Garden City.
They include: Aflac, Avon, Cablevision, Hofstra University, J.P. Morgan Chase, Macy's Roosevelt Field and South Nassau Communities Hospital.
The fair will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the multipurpose room of the College Center Building at NCC.
