The new owners of two office towers in Hauppauge have hired the Jericho-based Rochlin Organization to serve as leasing agent. The buildings, located on the edge of the Hauppauge industrial park at 330 and 350 Motor Parkway and known as Towers East and Towers West, have 144,000 square feet of office space.

The two real estate investment firms, Capstone Realty Group of Englewood, N.J., and KABR Real Estate Investment Partners Llc, of Paramus, N.J., acquired the buildings’ mortgage at auction in the spring and became the owners last month.

The buildings had been owned by CLK Properties in Woodbury, which bought them in 2006 for $21.2 million, public records show. Trade publication Commercial Mortgage Alert reported in May that the companies had purchased the buildings’ $19.1 million mortgage for less than 40 cents on the dollar. Capstone declined to confirm the purchase price.
