Roosevelt Field stores to host retail job fair this weekend

Retailers inside the Roosevelt Field mall are looking to fill nearly 1,000 job openings ahead of the holiday shopping season at two upcoming job fairs this weekend.
The mall on Saturday and Sunday will host an on-site job fair where employers will conduct on-the-spot interviews to fill seasonal, part-time and full-time positions. The hiring event runs from noon to 5 p.m. each day and will be held at the mall’s North Court. Roosevelt Field is located at 630 Old Country Rd. in Garden City.
Stores that will have tables at the event include Abercrombie & Fitch, Bath & Body Works, Hollister, Express, Soma and Solstice Sunglasses. Other participating employers — like PINK, Victoria's Secret and the Doughnuttery — will accept applications in front of their stores.
