Danny Meyer’s Shake Shack is set to make its Long Island debut in Garden City on Saturday, offering a menu of burgers and other comfort food.

The cult burger joint will hold its grand opening at the Gallery at Westbury Plaza, joining an eclectic tenant roster that includes Trader Joe’s, The Container Store and Bloomingdale’s outlet store.

Shake Shack offers a variety of burgers made with all-natural Angus beef, split-and-griddled flat top hot dogs, fries and frozen custard. There are six locations in New York City as well as those in Florida, Connecticut, Dubai and Kuwait City.
