The indoor cycling and fitness center SoulCycle, with studios already open in Bridgehampton and East Hampton, plans to open a third Long Island location, in Roslyn, in early September.

The company's East Hampton location opened this spring, preceded by SoulCycle's Bridgehampton site. It has several centers in Manhattan; and one each in Scarsdale and in Miami's South Beach.

Owners Elizabeth Cutler and Julie Rice created the studios, they say on their website, because "they both believed indoor cycling could be inspiring; they both believed you could incorporate upper body and core workout into the routine; and finally they believed with some great branding, a beautiful environment, and outstanding customer service, the 45-minute class could be transformed into a special experience each time."

With the new Roslyn location, "the space will stay true to SoulCycle's look and feel and is a part of a luxury development led by Eric Villency," an interior designer, a spokeswoman said.
