Dr. S. Mustafah Khwaja has been named medical director of emergency medicine at St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown. The Farmingdale resident was an assistant clinical professor at Stony Brook University Hospital and New York College of Osteopathic Medicine before joining the medical center.
