Several events for job seekers will take place in Suffolk County over the next two weeks.
They include:

A job fair on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Clarion Hotel, formerly the Ronkonkoma Holiday Inn. Admission and parking are free.

A job fair on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Wyandanch Public Library. Employers scheduled to be on hand include Aflac, Allen Health Care Services, Greystone Staffing and Suffolk County Community College.

On-site recruiting by Strategic Healthcare Staffing, which wants to hire a payroll employee and 25 recruiters. The payroll job pays $40,000 a year. The company will recruit at the Suffolk County One-Stop Employment Center in Hauppauge on Wednesday from 1 to 4 p.m.

Scotts Lawn Service will be on hand at the same location on Jan. 22 from  10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to recruit for outside-sales representatives.
