The Suffolk County One-Stop Employment Center will host a series of on-site job recruiting sessions over the next month at its Hauppauge and Riverhead locations and the Riverhead Free Library.

On Monday in Hauppauge and Tuesday in Riverhead, the staffing company Express Employment Professionals is hoping to hire 210 seasonal floor associates and stock workers for “a large retail chain” with multiple Suffolk County locations. The jobs pay $9 an hour and up.

Also on Tuesday, retailer Lord & Taylor will be at the Hauppauge location with jobs for 70 seasonal sales associates for its Walt Whitman store. The pay is $9 an hour.  

On Wednesday, Suburban Propane will recruit at the Riverhead site for an office manager, a customer-relations specialist and a customer service professional for its Bridgehampton location.

On Thursday, the staffing company Adecco will be at the Riverhead Free Library, hoping to hire for 10 customer service/sales jobs; five general office positions and 30 general warehouse jobs. The salaries range from $8 to $10-plus an hour.  

On Nov. 6, the staffing company CLP will recruit at the One-Stop Hauppauge site for a variety of blue-collar jobs: five or more laborers at $12 an hour; one or more solar installers at $16 an hour; five-plus carpenters at $18 an hour and five or more electricians at $21 an hour.

Also in Hauppauge, Precision Pipeline Solutions on Nov. 7 will be on the hunt to hire 65 utility meter readers at wages ranging from  $13 to $14 an hour.   

On Nov. 12, Community Care Home Health Services Inc. will be recruiting at the same One-Stop for home-health aides.

And every Friday through Nov. 22, Macy’s will recruit in Hauppauge for more than 200 seasonal sales associate jobs at six locations, mostly in Suffolk County.
