Discount retailer Target will hold four job fairs this week and next to fill 160 jobs at two stores planned for Elmont and Freeport.

Job fairs for the Freeport store will be Friday and Aug. 11, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The fairs for the Elmont store will be Monday and Wednesday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All the hiring events will take place at RexCorp Plaza, 626 RXR Plaza in Uniondale.

Target is looking to fill 90 positions at the Elmont store, at 1730 Hempstead Tpke., and 70 positions at the Freeport store, at 248 Sunrise Hwy. The locations, which are smaller than the typical Target store, will open on Oct. 5.
