Butterball to allow text messages for turkey-prep help

For 35 years, desperate cooks have called the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line with emergency questions about how to prepare their uncooperative Thanksgiving turkey.
This year, Butterball for the first time is also accepting questions via text messages. Butterball experts will answer questions texted to 844-877-3456 until Thanksgiving Day.
The text line is staffed 24 hours a day.
