2 Parlez-vous français? If you need to translate a foreign language, head over to Google Translate at translate.google.com. The site can detect 64 different languages -- from French and Spanish to Haitian Creole and Telugu.

3 To convert a media file from one format to another visit online-convert.com. The site converts your uploaded audio, video, image, document and e-book files up to 100 megabytes (for larger files, paid premium service is available), and emails it back to you. The site deletes your upload after 24 hours.
