How to . . . play online trivia

Think you're smarter than everybody else? Ready for a game show? Test how much you know with this trivia site, where you can select a general quiz or specific topics, from religion and history to television.

1 Go to funtrivia .com. Before you can play, you must register with a user name, password and email address. Registering and playing is free. After registering, click Introduction and Points-Challenges to familiarize yourself with the site.

2 Select any game that interests you. Some can be played in either Timed or Casual /Untimed mode. After answering questions, submit answers. You'll be shown which were correct or the correct answer for missed questions. Score well, you'll show up on the game's leader board.

3 If you purchase a gold membership ($38 for 12 months, $20 for 6), you are entitled to a long list of perks, including playing the site without ads, access to special hourly and daily games, unlimited quiz tracking and scoring, and searching for quizzes based on quiz maker's name, title and description.
