On Sept. 5, the long-awaited 2012-13 NFL season will begin when the pigskin is booted across the gridiron at MetLife Stadium.  But what to do after the game when all you are craving is helmet to helmet football?  Eat...sleep...play Madden.

EA Sports may not be making baseball games anymore but they hit a home run with "Madden NFL '13".  The all new Infinity Engine looks and feels much more like a genuine tackle breaking football experience.  Player models at first glance had me feeling like I was watching a Monday Night Football game and the new commentary (which includes former New York Giants quarterback Phil Simms) ties all the newly sown seams together, making this the most true-to-life football game ever created.

Kidsday got the call from the sidelines and jumped "Off the Couch" to review the new Kinect commands only available for the Xbox 360 version of the game.  Check out the video above and let us know if you are sounding off from the huddle or sticking to the controller.
