Here are keyboard shortcuts for moving paragraphs, deleting words and creating page breaks in MS Word.

1. To move a paragraph: Place your cursor at the beginning of the paragraph, then simultaneously press the Shift and Alt keys while pressing the up or down arrow until the paragraph is where you want it to be.

2. To remove a word or group of words: Position the cursor on the first word to be excised, then press the Ctrl and Delete keys. Each additional hit on the Delete key removes the next word. To remove words backward, press Ctrl and Backspace.

3. To easily add a page break in a document from the keyboard: Simultaneously press the Ctrl and Enter keys.
