Skype video calling on Facebook?

Bloomberg News is reporting that Facebook and Skype are in talks to integrate video calling capabilties within the Facebook. Nothing has been finalized yet, but word is, video and voice calls in Facebook could be possible this year.
Presumably, the video and voice calling between users would work from browser to browser, phone to browser, or browser to phone.
Currently, Apple's Facetime and Google's Gchat offer video calling and chat on computers and smart phones.
