Local technology companies, startups and tech enthusiasts are set to gather Tuesday in Uniondale for the third annual Long Island Tech Day.
The free expo, sponsored by Nassau County and featuring some of the area’s biggest tech companies, is billed as the largest tech show on Long Island. The event, started by Andrew S. Hazen, chief executive of LaunchPad, is meant to give companies, investors and consumers a place to meet, network and show off new products.
Participating companies include Bluechip SEO, Canon USA, and Softeon.
The expo runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and will be held at the Mitchel Field Athletic Complex, located at 1 Charles Lindbergh Blvd. Parking for the event is free. For more information, visit TechnologyIsland.com.
