The birth of tech snobbery

Apple's second generation iPad goes on sale this Friday. Even though the leap from the original iPad is actually marginal, the fact that Apple's Steve Jobs said the new tablet is "smaller, lighter, and faster" has left Apple fans salviating for the new toy (yep, even iPad 1 owners).
